The NSS Wrangler 2012DB combines the proven Wrangler 2012 cleaning platform with powered traction drive for easier operation over longer cleaning routes.

This configuration includes 110Ah AGM batteries, a pad driver, squeegee assembly, 12-gallon solution tank, and 14-gallon recovery tank, making it a practical choice for everyday commercial hard-floor maintenance.

Traction-Drive Operation

The DB model is the driven version of the Wrangler 2012.

Unlike the pad-assisted Wrangler 2012AB, the DB uses powered traction to propel the machine forward.

This helps:

• Reduce operator pushing effort

• Improve comfort on longer cleaning routes

• Maintain a more consistent cleaning pace

• Improve productivity in larger facilities

110Ah AGM Battery System

This configuration includes 110Ah AGM batteries.

AGM, or Absorbent Glass Mat, batteries are sealed and do not require the routine watering associated with flooded lead-acid batteries.

This can help reduce daily battery maintenance while providing dependable cordless cleaning performance.

20-Inch Cleaning Path

The Wrangler 2012DB provides a 20-inch / approximately 50 cm cleaning path.

This size offers a practical balance between productivity and maneuverability for:

• Retail stores

• Convenience stores

• Schools

• Healthcare facilities

• Airports

• Hotels

• Office buildings

• Other commercial hard-floor areas

Pad Driver Included

A pad driver is included with this configuration.

Compatible floor pads can be selected according to floor type, soil level, and cleaning procedure.

Squeegee Assembly Included

The included squeegee assembly recovers dirty solution behind the scrub deck.

This allows the Wrangler to scrub and recover water in a single pass, helping leave floors cleaner and drier.

12-Gallon Solution Tank

The machine carries up to 12 gallons / 45 liters of cleaning solution.

This provides useful working capacity while keeping the machine manageable for walk-behind operation.

14-Gallon Recovery Tank

A 14-gallon / 53-liter recovery tank collects used solution and soil during cleaning.

The larger recovery capacity provides additional room for recovered liquid throughout the cleaning cycle.

Simple Operator Controls

The Wrangler 2012 is designed with straightforward controls that are easy for operators to learn.

This can reduce training time in facilities with:

• Multiple operators

• Frequent staff changes

• Contract cleaning crews

• Shared equipment

Easy-to-Clean Recovery Tank

The recovery tank opens wide to provide convenient access during routine cleaning.

This makes it easier to rinse and inspect the tank and helps reduce buildup that can contribute to unpleasant odors.

62 dB(A) Operation

The Wrangler 2012 operates at approximately 62 dB(A).

Its controlled sound level makes it suitable for many daytime and occupied-space cleaning applications.

Professional Applications

The NSS Wrangler 2012DB is well suited for:

• Retail stores

• Convenience stores

• Schools and universities

• Hospitals and healthcare facilities

• Airports

• Hotels and hospitality facilities

• Office buildings
