The TASKI ULTIMAXX 2900 RB55 Performance D1233777 is a 22-inch walk-behind automatic scrubber with dual cylindrical roller brushes, maintenance-free gel batteries, powered wheel drive, a 60-liter solution tank, 63-liter recovery tank, and TASKI’s modular Performance platform for productive cleaning on structured and debris-prone hard floors.
Features:
-
22-Inch / 55 cm Dual Roller Brush Deck – RB55 configuration uses two cylindrical brushes for strong mechanical cleaning.
-
Sweeps and Scrubs in One Pass – Roller-brush design can collect suitable loose debris while scrubbing, reducing the need for separate pre-sweeping on many structured floors.
-
Performance Configuration with Wheel Drive – Powered traction helps reduce operator effort during longer commercial cleaning routes.
-
Gel Battery Configuration – Maintenance-free sealed gel batteries eliminate routine battery watering.
-
MBU Kit Configuration – Factory MBU package supplied with this specific model.
-
60-Liter Solution Tank – Larger capacity supports longer cleaning routes and fewer refill stops.
-
63-Liter Recovery Tank – Provides substantial dirty-water capacity for productive one-pass cleaning.
-
Structured-Floor Cleaning – Cylindrical brushes are especially useful on textured, uneven, grouted, and safety-floor surfaces.
-
TASKI IntelliFlow Compatibility – Supports controlled solution delivery on appropriately equipped configurations.
-
IntelliDose Compatibility – Can support automatic chemical dilution for consistent cleaning-solution control.
-
TASKI Whisper Technology – Quiet, efficient vacuum technology supports operation in occupied environments.
-
IntelliTouch Compatibility – Supports TASKI’s touchscreen operator interface on compatible configurations.
-
IntelliKey Compatibility – Supports configurable operator access and machine-control functions.
-
IntelliZone Compatibility – Can support predefined cleaning programs and repeatable operating parameters.
-
IntelliTrail 2.0 Compatibility – Supports next-generation fleet telemetry and machine-use data.
-
IntelliPredict Compatibility – Supports proactive maintenance planning and connected equipment monitoring.
-
IntelliScrub Compatibility – Can support adjustable mechanical cleaning pressure when appropriately equipped.
-
EBU Compatibility – Electronic Brush Unit technology is available within the modular ULTIMAXX platform.
-
Aquastop Compatibility – TASKI’s automatic filling technology is available for compatible ULTIMAXX configurations.
-
HEPA H13 Filtration Available – Optional HEPA filtration can provide enhanced exhaust-air filtration.
The TASKI ULTIMAXX 2900 RB55 Performance Gel MBU Kit, catalog number D1233777, combines the larger-capacity ULTIMAXX 2900 chassis with a dual cylindrical roller-brush cleaning system.
Its combination of a 55 cm / approximately 22-inch roller-brush deck, powered wheel drive, gel battery system, 60-liter solution tank, and 63-liter recovery tank makes it especially useful for commercial environments where loose debris and embedded floor soil need to be handled efficiently in the same cleaning process.
Dual Cylindrical Roller Brush System
The RB55 configuration uses two cylindrical roller brushes across a 55 cm / approximately 22-inch cleaning width.
The dual roller system provides strong mechanical agitation and is particularly effective on:
-
Textured flooring
-
Structured surfaces
-
Grouted floors
-
Safety flooring
-
Uneven hard floors
-
Areas with light loose debris
Sweep and Scrub in One Pass
A major advantage of the RB55 configuration is its ability to collect suitable loose debris while simultaneously scrubbing the floor.
In many applications, this can reduce the need for a separate pre-sweeping step.
The amount of pre-sweeping required will still depend on the size, type, and quantity of debris present.
Performance Model with Wheel Drive
The ULTIMAXX 2900 Performance roller-brush platform includes powered wheel drive.
Traction assistance helps reduce operator effort and provides more controlled movement, particularly when the machine is carrying a full load of solution and recovery water.
Gel Battery System
This configuration uses maintenance-free gel batteries.
Gel batteries are sealed and do not require routine watering, simplifying everyday battery care compared with flooded lead-acid systems.
60-Liter Solution Tank
The ULTIMAXX 2900 provides a 60-liter solution tank.
This larger capacity supports extended cleaning routes and can reduce interruptions for refilling.
63-Liter Recovery Tank
A 63-liter recovery tank provides slightly greater capacity than the solution tank, supporting efficient one-pass scrubbing and dirty-water recovery.
TASKI IntelliFlow and IntelliDose
The ULTIMAXX platform can support TASKI’s solution-management technologies on appropriately equipped configurations.
-
IntelliFlow controls water distribution to improve cleaning efficiency.
-
IntelliDose / IntelliDose+ can automatically manage chemical dilution for more consistent results.
These technologies should be considered platform-compatible unless specifically confirmed as included with D1233777.
TASKI Whisper Technology
ULTIMAXX incorporates TASKI Whisper vacuum technology.
The system is designed to provide effective solution recovery while supporting quieter operation in occupied facilities and daytime cleaning programs.
Digital and Connected Technology Compatibility
Depending on installed configuration, the ULTIMAXX 2900 platform can support:
-
IntelliTouch – Touchscreen operator interface and user guidance
-
IntelliKey – Configurable operator access and controls
-
IntelliZone – Predefined cleaning programs
-
IntelliTrail 2.0 – Fleet-management and machine-use data
-
IntelliPredict – Proactive maintenance and equipment monitoring
-
IntelliScrub – Adjustable mechanical cleaning pressure
Aquastop Compatibility
The ULTIMAXX platform can support TASKI Aquastop automatic filling technology on compatible configurations.
This can help simplify tank filling and reduce the need for an operator to continuously monitor the fill process.
Optional HEPA H13 Filtration
The ULTIMAXX platform can be equipped with optional HEPA H13 filtration.
This provides enhanced filtration of fine particulates from the vacuum exhaust stream and may be useful where higher exhaust-filtration requirements are desired.
