The VIPER AS510B, product number 56384775, is designed for facilities that need the productivity of an automatic scrubber in a relatively compact walk-behind format.
Its combination of a 20-inch disc cleaning path, 10.5-gallon tanks, strong brush pressure, pad-assist operation, and compact dimensions makes it useful for schools, offices, commercial kitchens, retail areas, and other facilities where maneuverability is important.
Machine-Only Configuration
This 56384775 configuration is supplied without batteries.
A compatible battery package must be selected and installed before the machine can be operated.
This allows the battery system to be chosen according to:
-
Desired runtime
-
Battery maintenance preference
-
Facility operating schedule
-
Existing equipment standards
-
Replacement requirements
9-Amp Onboard Charger
The AS510B includes a 9-amp onboard charger.
Once compatible batteries are installed, the onboard design allows the charging system to remain with the machine rather than requiring a separate shelf charger.
20-Inch Disc Cleaning System
The AS510B uses a 20-inch disc cleaning deck.
This size provides a useful balance between productivity and maneuverability for:
-
Routine hard-floor cleaning
-
Corridors
-
Classrooms
-
Retail areas
-
Commercial kitchens
-
Offices
-
Dining areas
-
Other medium-size commercial spaces
Pad Driver Included
This configuration includes a 20-inch pad driver.
Compatible floor pads can be selected according to the floor surface, soil level, and cleaning procedure.
Pad-Assist Drive
The AS510B uses pad-assist operation rather than powered traction.
Rotation of the pad or brush helps pull the machine forward, reducing the effort required to move the scrubber during normal operation.
77 Lbs. Brush/Pad Pressure
The cleaning deck applies approximately 77 lbs. of pressure.
This provides substantial mechanical cleaning action for everyday commercial maintenance and more demanding floor conditions.
150 RPM Brush Speed
The cleaning deck operates at approximately 150 RPM.
The combination of moderate rotational speed and strong down pressure provides effective agitation across compatible hard-floor surfaces.

This provides useful cleaning capacity while keeping the overall machine smaller than larger 16-gallon-class walk-behind scrubbers.
10.5-Gallon Recovery Tank
A matching 10.5-gallon recovery tank collects dirty solution during operation.
The balanced tank capacities support efficient one-pass scrubbing and recovery.
31-Inch-Class Cast Aluminum Squeegee
The rear squeegee measures approximately 31.1 inches wide.
Its heavy-duty cast aluminum construction is designed for regular commercial use, while the rounded shape helps maintain solution recovery during normal maneuvering.
Up to 15,748 Sq. Ft. Per Hour
The AS510B has a published productivity rating of up to approximately 15,748 square feet per hour.
Actual productivity will vary based on:
-
Facility layout
-
Travel speed
-
Soil conditions
-
Obstacles
-
Refill and dump stops
-
Operator technique
Compact Maneuverability
