For the best experience and cleaning results, please make sure to use HIZERO brush rollers. We also recommend that you pay attention to the condition of the brush rollers.

1. Please switch off and lock the product.
2. Press the cleaning head cover button to open the cleaning head cover.
3. Release the brush roller snap-fit in the direction of the arrow.
4. Remove the old brush roller and insert the new one.
5. Push the brush roller back in and make sure that the snap fit locks properly. Close the cleaning head cover.
