Smart Mop Cleaning
The Riccar Multi-Clean Smart Mop and Vacuum makes floor cleaning quick and simple. It vacuums dirty water throughout cleaning so you’re not continually using dirty water. Mops and buckets are a thing of the past.
The R70 defaults to auto mode when powered on. Press the on/off button to turn on or off. Gently press foot on the top of the nozzle to recline. Fill the clean water tank before cleaning.
-
Auto mode: Self-adjust speed based on cleaning area. It will wet brushrolls and dispense water as you clean.
-
Max mode: Select speed control button on handle to activate. Battery charge level must be over 20% to use.
-
Manual water spray: Press the spray button to spray additional water. Water sprays in a fan shaped water flow. Great for tougher messes.
After you’ve cleaned floors, place machine back on charging base and start self-cleaning mode for easy clean up. And don’t forget to relax with a friend with the extra time saved from cleaning your floors with the R70.
Cautions: For hard floor cleaning only. The R70 is not intended for use on rugs or carpet. Wet application not recommended for unsealed hard wood floors. Water will effectively clean floors. If you’ve been using a cleaning solution and switch to water only, you may experience some streaking or cloudiness on floors from existing residue. Streaking will subside after all residue is cleaned from floors. Follow flooring manufacturer’s recommendations for cleaning. Water may drip from the bottom of the nozzle after use. Store the machines on the charging base to avoid damage to floors.
Handheld Vacuum
The Riccar Multi-Clean Smart Mop and Vacuum easily converts to a handheld vacuum for spot cleaning and dry messes. Dry mode has three suction power levels.
The R70 attachments are great for quick clean ups, dusting, and spot cleaning dry messes. Attachments connect to the handheld vacuum with a button lock. Included cleaning attachments:
Flexible, Long Crevice Tool with LED Light: Use for hard-to-reach places. Good for crevices in furniture, corners of the rooms or cabinets, lint traps, cars, and many other places
Dusting Brush: Use to clean soft furnishings, upholstery, curtains, lamp shades, for dusting hard surfaces, corners of the room and more.
Cleaning Brush: Detangle items wrapped around brushrolls & remove clogs, dirt, hair, debris or scale from dirty water tank and nozzle.
Vacuum should be turned off when changing attachments. Do not use handheld vacuum to clean wet messes.
Self-Cleaning & Brushroll Drying
The R70 includes self-cleaning and brushroll drying to help prevent odors from build up. It cleans wet brushrolls and flushes remaining debris into the dirty water tank. The full cleaning and drying cycle takes approximately 3 hours to complete.
Before starting cleaning and/drying mode. Ensure clean water tank is 1⁄2 full, dirty water tank is empty, and power cable is plugged in. Always empty dirty water tank after cycles are complete.
Self-Cleaning & Brushroll Drying Mode
-
Cleaning: Sprays water into the base and runs brushrolls through clean
water for multiple cycles. It sprays water twice during cleaning. Takes
approximately 2.5 minutes. Immediately transitions to drying cycle.
-
Drying: Brushrolls will spin dry on high speed for approximately 5
minutes, and hot air drying is activated. After the initial spin dry, it will slowly hot air dry for approximately 3 hours. Brushrolls slowly rotate throughout the drying process.
Drying Only Cycle (Quick Dry)
Bypasses the washing cycle and goes immediately into drying mode. Place vacuum on base and push the mode selector button.
Exiting Drying Cycles
Push the mode selector button to exit drying cycles early.
