• Universal Onboard Battery Charger – Allows convenient charging wherever an appropriate electrical outlet is available.

• Pad Drivers Included – Comes equipped for use with compatible floor pads.

• Squeegee Assembly Included – Recovers spent cleaning solution behind the scrub deck for efficient one-pass cleaning.

• 29-Gallon Solution Tank – Supports long cleaning cycles with fewer refill stops.

• 29-Gallon Recovery Tank – Provides matching recovery capacity for extended cleaning routes.

• Up to 4 Hours of Runtime – Designed for extended commercial cleaning shifts, depending on operating conditions and battery condition.

• Up to 47,800 sq. ft./hr. Productivity – Covers large floor areas efficiently.

• Tight 67-70-Inch Turning Requirement – Single front-drive wheel turns 90 degrees in both directions for impressive maneuverability.

• 1 HP Drive Motor – Provides dependable powered traction across large facilities and many ramp applications.

• Anti-Roll Bar – Helps protect against accidental tipping during aggressive turns.

• 69 dB(A) Sound Level – Supports use in many occupied commercial and institutional environments.

The NSS CHAMP 3529, catalog number 7603594, combines the wider 35-inch CHAMP cleaning platform with a 330Ah AGM battery package for facilities that want strong runtime without the routine watering requirements of flooded batteries.

Its combination of 29-gallon tanks, 36V power, onboard charging, pad drivers, and squeegee recovery makes it well suited for large commercial and institutional floor-care programs.

330Ah AGM Battery System

This configuration includes 330Ah AGM batteries.

Compared with the 220Ah AGM version, the 330Ah battery package provides additional stored energy for:

• Longer cleaning routes

• Larger facilities

• Higher daily machine utilization

• Fewer charging interruptions

AGM, or Absorbent Glass Mat, batteries are sealed and do not require routine watering like traditional flooded lead-acid batteries.

35-Inch Cleaning Path

The CHAMP 3529 provides a 35-inch / 89 cm cleaning path.

Compared with the 29-inch CHAMP 2929, the wider platform covers more floor with each pass and is better suited for large open spaces.

36V Power System

The CHAMP series uses a 36V electrical system.

NSS states that the 36V design can provide up to approximately 30% more runtime than a comparably configured 24V machine.

Actual operating time will vary based on:

• Battery condition

• Floor conditions

• Brush pressure

• Travel speed

• Vacuum use

• Operator technique

Universal Onboard Charger

A universal onboard battery charger is included.

This allows the machine to be charged wherever an appropriate electrical outlet is available without transporting a separate charger.

Pad Drivers Included

This configuration includes the pad drivers needed for use with compatible floor pads.

Different pads can be selected for routine scrubbing, deeper cleaning, and other approved floor-maintenance applications.

Squeegee Assembly Included

The included squeegee assembly recovers spent cleaning solution behind the scrub deck.

Effective solution pickup helps leave floors cleaner and drier after each pass.

29-Gallon Solution and Recovery Tanks

The CHAMP 3529 includes:

• 29-gallon / 110-liter solution tank

• 29-gallon / 110-liter recovery tank

The large matched capacities reduce refill and dump stops during extended cleaning routes.

Up to 4 Hours of Runtime

The CHAMP series is designed to provide up to approximately 4 hours of operating time under suitable conditions.

The 330Ah AGM configuration is especially well suited for customers who want extended runtime with a sealed, lower-maintenance battery system.

High-Productivity Ride-On Cleaning

The CHAMP family is rated for approximately 40,000 to 47,800 square feet per hour of productivity, depending on model and operating conditions.

The wider CHAMP 3529 platform is designed to maximize coverage across large open areas.

Tight Turning Capability

Despite its wider cleaning deck, the CHAMP platform remains highly maneuverable.

Its single front-drive wheel turns 90 degrees in either direction, allowing the machine to turn around in approximately 67-70 inches.

1 HP Drive Motor

The CHAMP uses a 1 HP drive motor.

Combined with the 36V electrical system, it provides dependable traction for large facilities and many ramp applications.

Anti-Roll Protection

An integrated anti-roll bar helps protect the operator and machine if a turn is taken too aggressively.

TASKI IntelliPod Compatibility

The CHAMP series can be paired with compatible TASKI IntelliPods.

These systems can help simplify chemical dosing and improve consistency across facility floor-care programs.
