The TASKI swingo 4000B Lithium Kit, catalog number D1230355, is built for facilities that need high ride-on productivity, long cleaning routes, and the operational advantages of lithium-ion battery technology.

Its combination of a 34-inch cleaning width, 200-liter tank system, heavy-duty scrubbing performance, powered traction, IntelliFlow, and lithium-ion power makes it especially well suited for large commercial and institutional environments.

Lithium-Ion Battery System

This configuration uses lithium-ion battery technology.

Compared with traditional flooded lead-acid battery systems, lithium-ion power can offer:

• Reduced routine battery maintenance

• Faster charging

• Opportunity charging between shifts

• Greater charging flexibility

• Longer battery cycle life under suitable operating conditions

TASKI’s IntelliPower lithium-ion platform is designed to help keep machines available when conventional battery systems may still be charging.

220V Electrical Service Required

This specific D1230355 lithium configuration requires 220V electrical service for charging.

Facilities should confirm that an appropriate electrical connection is available at the intended charging location before ordering or installing the machine.

34-Inch Cleaning Width

The swingo 4000 provides an 85 cm / approximately 34-inch working width.

The wide cleaning path helps cover large floor areas efficiently and reduces the number of passes required across open spaces.

200-Liter Tank Capacity

One of the biggest advantages of the swingo 4000 is its 200-liter tank system.

The oversized capacity helps reduce time spent:

• Refilling cleaning solution

• Emptying recovered solution

• Returning to janitorial areas

• Interrupting long cleaning routes

This makes the machine particularly useful where maximizing productive cleaning time is important.

Heavy-Duty Scrubbing Performance

The swingo 4000 is designed with heavy-duty brush pressure for demanding commercial floor-care applications.

Strong mechanical scrubbing action combined with powered traction helps maintain consistent cleaning performance across large areas.

TASKI IntelliFlow

TASKI’s IntelliFlow technology regulates water distribution according to machine operation.

This helps optimize solution usage and increase the amount of floor that can be cleaned from each tank fill.

Ride-On Productivity

The swingo 4000 allows operators to remain seated while cleaning large floor areas.

This can help:

• Reduce operator fatigue

• Maintain a consistent cleaning pace

• Improve productivity

• Support longer cleaning shifts

• Reduce time spent walking behind equipment

Self-Adjusting Squeegee

The self-adjusting squeegee helps maintain effective dirty-water recovery across varying floor conditions.

Consistent recovery helps reduce residual moisture left behind after each pass.

IntelliTrail Compatibility

The swingo 4000 can be equipped with TASKI IntelliTrail fleet-management technology.

Depending on configuration, IntelliTrail can provide insight into:

• Machine usage

• Geo-location

• Charging frequency

• Utilization patterns

• Collision or damage events

IntelliTrail is not identified as included with D1230355.

IntelliDose Compatibility

The swingo 4000 can be paired with TASKI IntelliDose automatic chemical-dosing technology.

This can help improve chemical consistency while reducing unnecessary product use.

IntelliSpray Compatibility

The swingo 4000 is also compatible with TASKI IntelliSpray.

This optional system expands the machine’s capabilities for facilities that want additional cleaning functionality from the same ride-on platform.

Service Station 300 Compatibility

The swingo 4000 can be paired with the TASKI Service Station 300 rapid-fill system.

TASKI states that this can significantly reduce refill time, which can provide substantial productivity benefits on a machine with a 200-liter tank system.
