The TASKI ULTIMAXX 1900 OB50 Performance Gel MBU Kit, catalog number D1232831, is designed for facilities that need more aggressive floor-care capability than a conventional disc scrubber can provide.

Its combination of a 50 cm orbital deck, gel battery system, Performance configuration, IntelliFlow technology, and TASKI Whisper vacuum system makes it especially useful for deep cleaning, restorative maintenance, and top-stripping applications.

22-Inch Orbital Cleaning Deck

The OB50 configuration uses a 50 cm / approximately 22-inch orbital deck.

Unlike a conventional rotating disc, the orbital head uses rapid oscillating action to create strong mechanical agitation across the pad surface.

This makes it especially effective for:

• Deep cleaning

• Heavily soiled hard floors

• Restorative maintenance

• Top stripping

• Detailed floor preparation

Deep Cleaning and Top Stripping

TASKI specifically positions the orbital deck for deep cleaning and top stripping.

The high mechanical action can help break through embedded soil and worn finish layers while maintaining a compact walk-behind footprint.

For facilities that regularly perform restorative floor care, the OB50 configuration provides considerably more versatility than a standard routine-scrubbing deck.

Performance Configuration

This model is designated as a Performance configuration within the ULTIMAXX 1900 family.

The Performance platform is designed to support TASKI’s advanced water-management, chemical-control, digital, and productivity technologies.

Gel Battery System

This configuration uses maintenance-free gel batteries.

Gel batteries are sealed and do not require routine watering, simplifying daily battery care compared with flooded lead-acid systems.

43-Liter Solution Tank

The ULTIMAXX 1900 provides a 43-liter solution tank.

This capacity supports productive commercial cleaning while keeping the machine compact enough for maneuverability around obstacles and through tighter spaces.

45-Liter Recovery Tank

A 45-liter recovery tank provides slightly greater capacity than the solution tank, supporting practical one-pass scrubbing and dirty-water recovery.

TASKI IntelliFlow

The Performance platform supports TASKI IntelliFlow controlled water distribution.

TASKI states that IntelliFlow-equipped Performance models can increase the amount of floor cleaned from each tank fill by managing solution delivery more efficiently.

Twister Compatibility

The orbital deck can be paired with compatible TASKI Twister diamond pads.

This combination provides a versatile floor-care system capable of handling multiple cleaning and maintenance applications while reducing reliance on aggressive chemistry in suitable programs.

TASKI Whisper Technology

ULTIMAXX incorporates TASKI Whisper vacuum technology.

The system is designed to provide effective solution recovery while supporting quieter operation for daytime and occupied-building cleaning.

IntelliTouch, IntelliKey and IntelliZone

Depending on installed options, the ULTIMAXX platform can support:

• IntelliTouch – Touchscreen operator interface and user guidance.

• IntelliKey – Configurable machine access and controls.

• IntelliZone – Stored cleaning parameters for repeatable cleaning programs.

These capabilities should be considered platform-compatible unless specifically confirmed as included with D1232831.

IntelliTrail 2.0 and IntelliPredict

ULTIMAXX supports TASKI’s connected digital ecosystem.

Depending on configuration:

• IntelliTrail 2.0 can provide fleet-management and machine-use information.

• IntelliPredict can support proactive maintenance planning and equipment monitoring.

IntelliDose Compatibility

The ULTIMAXX 1900 can support IntelliDose or IntelliDose+ automatic chemical dosing.

This helps improve dilution consistency and reduce unnecessary chemical use.

IntelliScrub Compatibility

On appropriately equipped machines, IntelliScrub allows mechanical cleaning pressure to be adjusted to match floor conditions and cleaning requirements.

Optional HEPA H13 Filtration

The ULTIMAXX platform can be equipped with optional HEPA H13 filtration.

This system is designed to capture very fine particulates from the vacuum exhaust stream and may be useful where enhanced exhaust filtration is desired.
