The TASKI ULTIMAXX 1900 RB55 Performance Li-Ion 50Ah MBU Kit, catalog number D1232829, is designed for facilities where loose debris, textured flooring, and embedded soil make conventional disc scrubbing less practical.

Its combination of a 55 cm / approximately 22-inch dual roller-brush deck, 50Ah lithium-ion battery system, Performance configuration, IntelliFlow technology, and TASKI Whisper vacuum system makes it especially useful for flexible commercial cleaning on structured hard floors.

50Ah Lithium-Ion Battery System

This configuration uses a 50Ah lithium-ion battery system.

Compared with conventional flooded lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion technology can provide:

• No routine battery watering

• Reduced day-to-day battery maintenance

• Opportunity charging between cleaning tasks

• Faster charging capability

• Greater flexibility for daytime cleaning

The 50Ah configuration provides a lower-capacity lithium-ion option than the 100Ah version, making it a practical fit where shorter cleaning routes or lower battery-capacity requirements are appropriate.

Dual Cylindrical Roller Brush System

The RB55 configuration uses two cylindrical roller brushes across a 55 cm / approximately 22-inch cleaning width.

The roller brushes provide strong mechanical agitation and are particularly effective on:

• Textured flooring

• Structured surfaces

• Grouted floors

• Safety flooring

• Uneven hard floors

• Areas with light loose debris

Sweep and Scrub in One Pass

A major advantage of the RB55 configuration is its ability to collect suitable loose debris while scrubbing.

For many applications, this can reduce or eliminate a separate pre-sweeping step and allow the operator to complete more of the cleaning process in a single pass.

The actual need for pre-sweeping will depend on the type, size, and amount of debris present.

Performance Configuration

This model is designated as a Performance configuration within the ULTIMAXX 1900 family.

The Performance platform is designed to support TASKI’s advanced water-management, chemical-control, digital, and productivity technologies.

43-Liter Solution Tank

The ULTIMAXX 1900 provides a 43-liter solution tank.

This provides useful commercial cleaning capacity while maintaining the maneuverability expected from the ULTIMAXX 1900 platform.

45-Liter Recovery Tank

A 45-liter recovery tank provides slightly greater capacity than the solution tank, supporting practical one-pass scrubbing and dirty-water recovery.

TASKI IntelliFlow

The Performance platform supports TASKI IntelliFlow controlled water distribution.

TASKI states that IntelliFlow-equipped Performance models can increase floor coverage from a single tank fill by managing solution delivery more efficiently.

TASKI Whisper Technology

ULTIMAXX incorporates TASKI Whisper vacuum technology.

The system is designed to provide effective solution recovery while supporting quieter operation in occupied buildings and daytime cleaning programs.

IntelliPower

The lithium-ion configuration is part of TASKI’s IntelliPower battery platform.

IntelliPower is designed around faster charging and more flexible charging practices than conventional battery systems, helping improve machine availability throughout the workday.

IntelliTouch, IntelliKey and IntelliZone

Depending on installed equipment, the ULTIMAXX platform can support:

• IntelliTouch – Touchscreen operator interface and user guidance

• IntelliKey – Configurable machine access and controls

• IntelliZone – Stored cleaning parameters for repeatable cleaning programs

These technologies should be considered platform-compatible unless specifically confirmed as included with D1232829.

IntelliTrail 2.0 and IntelliPredict

ULTIMAXX supports TASKI’s connected digital ecosystem.

Depending on configuration:

• IntelliTrail 2.0 can provide fleet-management and machine-use information.

• IntelliPredict can support proactive maintenance planning and equipment monitoring.

IntelliDose Compatibility

The ULTIMAXX 1900 can support IntelliDose or IntelliDose+ automatic chemical dosing.

This can improve dilution consistency and reduce unnecessary chemical use.

IntelliScrub Compatibility

On appropriately equipped machines, IntelliScrub allows mechanical cleaning pressure to be adjusted to match floor conditions and cleaning requirements.

Optional HEPA H13 Filtration

The ULTIMAXX platform can be equipped with optional HEPA H13 filtration.

This system is designed to capture very fine particulates from the vacuum exhaust stream and may be useful where enhanced exhaust filtration is desired.
