The TASKI ULTIMAXX 1900 SD50 Li-Ion 100Ah MBU Kit, catalog number D1232823, combines the versatile 50 cm single-disc ULTIMAXX platform with a high-capacity lithium-ion battery system.

Its combination of a 50 cm / approximately 20-inch cleaning width, 100Ah lithium-ion battery system, 43-liter solution tank, and 45-liter recovery tank makes it well suited for facilities that need productive walk-behind cleaning with flexible charging and reduced battery maintenance.

100Ah Lithium-Ion Battery System

This configuration uses a 100Ah lithium-ion battery system.

Compared with conventional flooded lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion technology can provide:

• No routine battery watering

• Reduced day-to-day battery maintenance

• Opportunity charging between cleaning tasks

• Faster charging capability

• Greater flexibility for daytime or multi-shift cleaning

The 100Ah capacity provides a higher-energy lithium-ion configuration for longer cleaning routes than smaller battery packages.

20-Inch Single-Disc Cleaning Deck

The SD50 configuration uses a 50 cm / approximately 20-inch single-disc deck.

This wider single-disc option provides more floor coverage per pass than the 43 cm SD43 configuration while retaining the maneuverability of a compact walk-behind scrubber.

The single-disc system is well suited for:

• Routine hard-floor scrubbing

• Daily maintenance cleaning

• Corridors and open areas

• Retail spaces

• Schools

• Healthcare facilities

• Office and hospitality environments

43-Liter Solution Tank

The ULTIMAXX 1900 provides a 43-liter solution tank.

This gives operators practical commercial cleaning capacity without requiring the footprint of a much larger walk-behind scrubber.

45-Liter Recovery Tank

A 45-liter recovery tank provides slightly greater capacity than the solution tank, supporting practical one-pass scrubbing and solution recovery.

TASKI Whisper Technology

ULTIMAXX incorporates TASKI Whisper vacuum technology.

The system is designed to provide effective dirty-water recovery while supporting quieter operation in occupied facilities and daytime cleaning programs.

IntelliPower

The lithium-ion configuration is part of TASKI’s IntelliPower battery platform.

IntelliPower is designed around faster charging and more flexible charging practices than conventional battery systems, helping improve machine availability throughout the workday.

IntelliTouch, IntelliKey and IntelliZone

Depending on installed options, the ULTIMAXX platform can support:

• IntelliTouch – Touchscreen operator interface and user guidance

• IntelliKey – Configurable machine access and controls

• IntelliZone – Stored cleaning parameters for repeatable cleaning programs

These capabilities should be considered platform-compatible unless specifically confirmed as included with D1232823.

IntelliTrail 2.0 and IntelliPredict

ULTIMAXX supports TASKI’s connected digital ecosystem.

Depending on configuration:

• IntelliTrail 2.0 can provide fleet-management and machine-use information.

• IntelliPredict can support proactive maintenance planning and equipment monitoring.

IntelliFlow and IntelliDose Compatibility

The ULTIMAXX platform can support IntelliFlow controlled water distribution and IntelliDose / IntelliDose+ chemical dosing on appropriately equipped configurations.

These technologies are designed to improve solution and chemical consistency while reducing unnecessary consumption.

IntelliScrub and EBU Compatibility

On compatible configurations, IntelliScrub allows mechanical cleaning pressure to be adjusted to suit floor conditions.

The optional EBU electronic brush-lifting system can reduce manual handling of brushes and pad drivers.

Optional HEPA H13 Filtration

The ULTIMAXX platform can be equipped with optional HEPA H13 filtration.

This system is designed to capture very fine particulates from the vacuum exhaust stream and may be useful where enhanced exhaust filtration is desired.
