The TASKI ULTIMAXX 2900 DD55 Performance Gel MBU Kit, catalog number D1233773, builds on the modular ULTIMAXX platform with substantially larger tank capacity than the 1900 series.

Its combination of a 55 cm / approximately 22-inch double-disc deck, 60-liter solution tank, 63-liter recovery tank, gel battery system, and Performance configuration makes it well suited for facilities that want longer cleaning routes without moving to a much larger machine platform.

22-Inch Double-Disc Cleaning Deck

The DD55 configuration uses a 55 cm / approximately 22-inch double-disc deck.

The twin-disc design provides:

• Productive cleaning coverage

• Balanced scrubbing action

• Multiple compatible brush and pad options

• Good maneuverability in medium to large commercial spaces

Larger 60-Liter Solution Tank

The ULTIMAXX 2900 provides a 60-liter solution tank, giving it significantly more cleaning-solution capacity than the 43-liter ULTIMAXX 1900 platform.

The larger tank can help reduce refill frequency during longer commercial cleaning routes.

63-Liter Recovery Tank

A 63-liter recovery tank provides slightly greater capacity than the solution tank, supporting practical one-pass scrubbing and dirty-water recovery.

Performance Configuration

This model is designated as a Performance configuration within the ULTIMAXX 2900 family.

The Performance platform is designed to support TASKI’s advanced productivity, water-management, chemical-control, and digital technologies.

Gel Battery System

This configuration uses maintenance-free gel batteries.

Gel batteries are sealed and do not require routine watering, helping simplify battery maintenance compared with conventional flooded lead-acid systems.

TASKI IntelliFlow

The Performance platform supports TASKI IntelliFlow controlled water distribution.

TASKI states that Performance configurations with IntelliFlow can increase floor coverage from each tank fill by managing solution delivery more efficiently.

TASKI Whisper Technology

ULTIMAXX incorporates TASKI Whisper vacuum technology.

The system is designed to provide effective solution recovery while supporting quieter operation for daytime and occupied-building cleaning.

IntelliTouch, IntelliKey and IntelliZone

Depending on installed configuration, the ULTIMAXX 2900 platform can support:

• IntelliTouch – Touchscreen operator interface and user guidance

• IntelliKey – Configurable operator access and machine controls

• IntelliZone – Predefined cleaning programs and stored operating parameters

These capabilities should be considered platform-compatible unless specifically confirmed as included with D1233773.

IntelliTrail 2.0 and IntelliPredict

The ULTIMAXX 2900 supports TASKI’s connected equipment ecosystem.

Depending on configuration:

• IntelliTrail 2.0 can provide fleet-management and machine-use data.

• IntelliPredict can support proactive maintenance planning and connected machine monitoring.

IntelliDose Compatibility

The ULTIMAXX 2900 can support IntelliDose or IntelliDose+ automatic chemical dosing.

This can improve dilution consistency and help reduce unnecessary chemical consumption.

IntelliScrub and EBU Compatibility

On appropriately equipped machines, IntelliScrub allows mechanical cleaning pressure to be adjusted to match floor conditions.

The optional EBU electronic brush system can reduce manual handling of brushes and pad drivers.

Optional HEPA H13 Filtration

The ULTIMAXX platform can be equipped with optional HEPA H13 filtration.

This system is designed to capture very fine particulates from the vacuum exhaust stream and may be useful in facilities where enhanced exhaust filtration is desired.

Professional Applications

The TASKI ULTIMAXX 2900 D1233773 is well suited for:

• Hospitals and healthcare facilities

• Schools and universities

• Retail stores

• Office buildings

• Hotels

• Government facilities

• Commercial cleaning contractors

• Institutional buildings
