The SEBO Automatic X4 Boost combines intelligent floor adjustment with the durability and filtration SEBO is known for. Its biggest advantage over the standard Automatic X4 is the added Boost cleaning mode, giving you extra brush performance whenever heavily trafficked carpeting needs a more aggressive clean.

During normal use, the vacuum continuously monitors resistance at the brush roller and automatically raises or lowers the cleaning head to maintain the proper position. That makes the X4 Boost especially convenient in homes with a mixture of carpeting, area rugs, and hard flooring.

A tightly sealed S-Class filtration system helps capture fine dust and allergens, while the large-capacity filter bag keeps dirt contained during disposal. The X4 Boost also includes multiple built-in protection systems that monitor airflow, brush performance, and operating conditions to help protect the vacuum from unnecessary damage.

Boost Deep-Clean Technology

The Boost button is the defining feature that separates the X4 Boost from the standard Automatic X4.

For everyday cleaning, the machine operates automatically and adjusts itself to the floor beneath it. When carpeting needs a more intensive clean, pressing the Boost button increases brush roller performance for additional agitation.

This can be especially helpful in high-traffic areas, homes with pets, or rooms where dirt and debris become worked deeper into the carpet pile.

You get the simplicity of automatic cleaning during normal use with extra cleaning performance available whenever you want it.

Automatic Height Adjustment

One of the biggest advantages of the Automatic X4 Boost is that you don’t have to manually adjust the brush height when moving between different flooring types.

An electronic controller monitors the resistance of the brush roller against the floor and automatically raises or lowers the cleaning head as needed. Indicator lights show when the machine is adjusting, and when both lights are off, the brush is positioned at its optimal cleaning height.

This helps provide consistent brush contact on carpeting while allowing the machine to transition onto hard flooring without requiring the customer to stop and make adjustments.

Built-In Protection System

The X4 Boost actively monitors several operating conditions to help protect the vacuum.

If the filter bag becomes full, airflow becomes restricted by a clog, or the filtration system requires attention, a warning light illuminates. If the condition continues, the machine can automatically shut down to help prevent overheating.

If the brush roller becomes jammed by an object, the vacuum also shuts down to help protect the motor and drive components.

These protections can prevent a small obstruction from turning into a much more expensive repair.

Brush Condition Monitoring

The X4 Boost doesn’t just monitor floor height — it also helps you know when the brush roller itself needs attention.

When the brush bristles become excessively worn, the red Check Brush indicator illuminates. Replacing the brush when needed helps maintain proper carpet agitation and cleaning performance.

Behind the brush roller is a replaceable sealing strip that helps concentrate airflow at floor level.

On hard floors, this helps pull dirt and debris into the vacuum instead of allowing the brush to scatter lightweight particles away from the cleaning path.

Hospital-Grade Filtration

The X4 Boost uses SEBO’s tightly sealed S-Class filtration system to help keep fine particles inside the vacuum.

Air passes through the filter bag and filtration system before returning to the room, helping reduce the amount of fine dust and common household allergens released back into your home’s air.

Because the system is sealed, air is directed through the filters instead of leaking around them through gaps in the vacuum housing.

Instant-Use Hose and Wand

Above-floor cleaning is always within reach.

Remove the wand or hose directly from the vacuum to clean furniture, stairs, baseboards, corners, vents, and other areas your upright cleaning head can’t reach.

Used together, the hose and wand provide approximately 8 feet of cleaning reach, and additional SEBO accessories can be attached for even more versatility.

40-Foot Cleaning Range

The X4 Boost includes a 40-foot cord, allowing you to clean several rooms or large open areas without constantly unplugging and searching for another outlet.

The Automatic X4 Boost can recline to approximately 5½ inches high, allowing the vacuum to reach underneath beds and other furniture where upright vacuums often struggle.
